Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it (unworn, unused, with tags attached)
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at 1158603954@qq.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellations are only accepted if requested within 1 hour of purchase.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and assist you with a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund first, then place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive what you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

  • If you notice an error before your item ships, contact us immediately to correct it.
  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it, or you may receive a refund minus shipping fees.
  • We cannot offer replacements for customer address errors unless the original package/item is returned to us.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility, but we are happy to assist you if any issues arise.
